Premia Bet Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) form a binding legal agreement between you (“User”, “Trader”, “you”) and Premia Bet Ltd. (“Premia Bet”, “we”, “us”, “our”) regarding your use of any of our Sports Trading Challenges or our Platform (accessible at premiabet.org) through any device (web, mobile, tablet, or other).
1. General Overview
Premia Bet is a skill-based sports prop firm offering simulated sports trading challenges. Our services are designed solely to evaluate users’ analytical ability, sports knowledge, and decision-making skills. We do not operate or provide any gambling, casino, or sportsbook services. No real-money wagering occurs on our Platform. Rewards are determined solely based on skill and performance within our challenges.
Premia Bet is not a casino, sportsbook, or gambling operator and does not accept or place wagers of any kind. All content and services offered by Premia Bet are for educational and entertainment purposes only.

3. Payment Processing
Payment Processing by Odeonpay ALE S.R.L (“Paysagi”)
All payments, or payments for specific parts or regions, are processed by Odeonpay ALE S.R.L (“Paysagi”) acting as the Merchant of Record (MOR). These payments are subject to Paysagi’s Terms of Use, which can be found at https://paysagi.com/terms-of-use/. Customers will be presented with these terms during the payment process.
4. Eligibility and Participation
To participate in any Sports Trading Challenge on Premia Bet, you must:
(a) Be at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction.
(b) Participate for personal, recreational, and skill-based purposes only.
(c) Not reside in or access the Platform from any jurisdiction where such participation is restricted or prohibited by law.
(d) Not use VPNs, proxies, or other technologies to mask your true location.
5. Account Registration and Security
You are permitted only one account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Sharing, selling, or transferring accounts is prohibited. Premia Bet reserves the right to suspend or terminate duplicate or fraudulent accounts.
6. KYC and Verification
Premia Bet operates under a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) policy. All users must complete KYC verification before any reward or withdrawal is processed. Failure to provide valid and truthful information will result in suspension or termination of your account.
7. Payments and Refund Policy
All purchases on Premia Bet are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable. Any chargeback or reversal will result in forfeiture of rewards and potential account termination.
8. Rewards and Performance Evaluation
Users who successfully complete sports trading challenges may be eligible for Performance-Based Rewards. These rewards are calculated based on performance metrics and skill within the simulated environment. Rewards will be paid out in USD or an equivalent currency, via the same method used for purchase, unless otherwise specified by Premia Bet.
9. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to engage in any of the following:
(a) Use of VPNs, proxies, or location masking services.
(b) Collusion, coordinated trading, or use of automated bots or scripts.
(c) Fraud, identity theft, or payment abuse.
(d) Exploiting system bugs, mispricing, or delays.
Violations may result in suspension, forfeiture of rewards, and permanent ban.
10. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property on the Premia Bet Platform, including design, software, graphics, and trademarks, is owned or licensed by Premia Bet Ltd. Users are granted a limited, non-transferable license for personal use only.
11. Limitation of Liability
Premia Bet shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. The maximum liability of Premia Bet for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid within 30 days preceding the claim.
12. Taxes
You are solely responsible for reporting and paying any taxes applicable to your participation, rewards, or transactions made through the Platform.
13. Termination and Suspension
Premia Bet reserves the right to suspend, limit, or close accounts at its sole discretion for violations of these Terms or suspected fraudulent behavior. Account closures may result in forfeiture of all rewards and access privileges.
14. Governing Law and Arbitration
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Brazil. Any disputes arising under or related to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively through arbitration in São Paulo, Brazil, in accordance with applicable Brazilian arbitration laws. Class or collective actions are not permitted.
15. Modifications to Terms
Premia Bet reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on the Platform and are effective immediately upon publication. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
